PERSONALIZATION

Through our personalization services, we craft a necklace or bracelet from materials chosen specifically for you, based off of your birth chart and manifestation goals and needs. 

 

FULFILLMENT

Because all H(our) jewelry is handmade to order, orders will ship within 5-10 business days. Many of our listings indicate whether an item is in stock or not. Even so, don't hesitate to reach out to us directly as we are able to personalize any piece for you.

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking via email.

If you need your order sooner than the posted turn around time, write to us prior to ordering at hayaku@hourobjects.com and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

 

SHIPPING

All carbon emissions from your delivery are offset as we ship via UPS Green Shipping. To learn more, click here.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email.  Orders are processed within 1-2 business days pending availability and credit verification. Delivery addresses cannot be changed or edited after an order is placed.

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with ship date confirmation and tracking information for your order. Shipping times vary; for standard UPS Ground service, we estimate you will receive your order within 3 – 7 business days of its ship date. For UPS 2Day, delivery will occur 2 business days after your order has been processed. Please note UPS does not deliver on weekends.

After delivery to the shipping address indicated on your order, H(our) Objects cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS service, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  Please note we cannot ship packages to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed after 12pm ET, Monday-Friday, will typically be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with a confirmation of your order’s ship date. We estimate you will receive your order within 7 – 12 business days of its ship date, however, shipping times do vary. International Orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Express Saver.

 

TAXES AND CUSTOMS

Import duties and taxes are NOT included in your final cost.  H(our) Objects is not responsible for any duties, taxes or fees associated with the import and final delivery of your order. If a shipment is refused we will refund you for the value of the shipment less the amount of the return shipping charge.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimates. Delivery can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries. H(our) Objects is not responsible for unanticipated delays by carriers or customs clearance.

H(our) Objects insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Orders over $300 will automatically include signature confirmation. At this point, responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by H(our) Objects and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

All orders to New York City and Los Angeles will automatically include signature confirmation.

If you would like to opt out of signature confirmation please leave a note indicating so at checkout. By waiving the signature, you agree to our terms and conditions and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur. 

 

RETURNS

Please consider that most H(our) Objects pieces are handmade to order when you make a purchase. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

We accept returns initiated within 10 days of delivery of your order.  To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging.  To complete a return email customerservice@hourobjects.com with your Order Number and reason for return. We will email you with a return confirmation number which must be included in your return shipment. Returns must be mailed within 15 days of receiving your return confirmation number. Returns mailed more than 10 days after the date of your return confirmation will not be accepted. Items returned that are not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.

Items sold during a sale with “Final Sale” marked on the product page are not eligible for returns.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipments. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your returned item has been received and a refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund please check your bank account and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before you refund is officially posted.

EXCHANGES

Exchange requests must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping. H(our) Objects will cover shipping of the exchanged order after receiving and inspecting the return. If you need to exchange your purchase, email customerservice@hourobjects.com. 

 

DAMAGES

If you receive a damaged order, email us at customerservice@hourobjects.com.
